Hi everyone!
There's a new challenge on the Polkadoodles blog, and some DT members were asked to create a shaped card. I chose to create a card in the shape of a pumpkin. This is the result:
I cut out 5 ovals in light yellow cardstock with an oval die, and inked them with different shades of orange Distress Oxide ink. I drew the stalk of the pumpkin on light brown cardstock, cut it out and also inked it with brown Oxide inks. The patch of grass was created by cutting it out of light green cardstock with a grass die and also slightly inking it. As a finishing touch I splattered some green ink over the grass border.
I coloured the cute little witch with my Copic markers, and added a sentiment from the HalloweenTrick or Treat printable greetings. Bothe are from Polkadoodles.
You can turn the pumkin into a card by
tracing its shape on a card base, and cutting it out with some cissors. Glue it
behind your pumpkin and you’ve got a card!
Big hugs!
Tinne
